Hillel (Lelio) Silvera, and his wife Bahia (nee Laniado) and their daughter Violetta (Lola), perished at Auschwitz in November 1943.
They lived in Milan before and during the war. They fled to Switzerland in 1943.
The Swiss authorities turned them over to the Nazis. Three sons were not at home at the time and survived the war.
